Terms & Conditions

These terms cover bookings made with JN Island Tours. By confirming a tour, you agree to the following.

Quotes and bookings

All quotes are valid for 14 days and confirmed only on receipt of the agreed deposit. Final balances are due before the start of the tour, as detailed in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms vary by package, season and the hotels reserved. Specific terms are shared with your written quote. We always recommend travel insurance.

Changes during your trip

We will do our best to accommodate changes once you are on tour. Additional costs (extra nights, transfers, activities) are billed directly.

Responsibility

JN Island Tours acts as an agent for hotels, drivers and activity providers. We carefully select trusted partners but cannot be held responsible for events outside our control such as weather, road conditions or third-party service issues.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
